When an affiliate member searches myzennet for a candidate and finds a good match among the resumes you have authorized to be searched, the affiliate member will only see the candidate’s qualifications that match the search criteria and the candidate’s ID — no candidate contact information is disclosed until you and the member reach agreement on how client recruitment fees will be split.
