The Referral Rewards Program
Any zenhire affiliate may participate in the zenhire Referral Rewards Program. Simply tell your friends, peers and associates about becoming members of myzennet, and when they become a zenhire customer (Terms and Conditions apply) you will receive a $300 cash Referral Reward and qualify for other additional benefits.
What Are The Additional Benefits?
If you earn even one Referral Rewards in a calendar quarter, you will be eligible to win an Apple iPod (30GB, valued at $249) in our Quarterly Drawing. Just as there is no limit to the number of cash rewards you can receive, there is no limit to the number of Quarterly Drawing rewards you can receive either. And, at the end of each calendar year, zenhire will give a special Annual Reward to the Affiliate that has racked up the most Referral Rewards that year. The Annual Reward will be valued at more than $1,500.
What Do I Have to Do to Earn Referral Rewards?
Affiliate members are eligible for Referral Rewards upon acceptance of the Affiliate Agreement by the customer referred to zenhire. (see program Terms and Conditions below for complete details).
How Do I Join the Program?
As an Affiliate Member of zenhire you are automatically enrolled in the Program.
NOTE: All Program Terms and Conditions must be met to receive a Referral Reward.
Program Terms and Conditions:
- The zenhire Referral Rewards Program ("Program") is only open to zenhire ("Company") Affiliate Members (“Affiliate, or collectively Affiliates”).
- The Referring Affiliate's zenhire account must be in good standing with the Company to be eligible for any Referral Rewards.
- The Referral Reward becomes valid and is paid within 30 days once the new customer ("Referral") becomes a fully paid member in good standing of myzennet.
- In the event that a new customer is referred more than once, the first referral is THE ONLY REFERRAL eligible for Referral Rewards.
- The Program start date is September 3rd 2007.
- Any Affiliate that earns Referral Rewards in a calendar quarter will be entered into a Quarterly Drawing to win a free Apple iPod (30GB, valued at $249). Quarterly Drawing winners will be notified by email or phone.
- To participate in the Program, Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
- Only Referrals that become customers after the Program start date qualify as Referrals.
- Self-Referrals are not allowed.
- Referral Rewards are non-transferable.
- zenhire employees or family members of zenhire employees are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.
- All Referrals must inform the Company of the Referring Affiliate at time of membership in order for the Referring Affiliate to receive credit for the Referral.
- It is the responsibility of the Referring Affiliate to ensure the Referral informs the Company of the Referring Affiliate.
- No spamming. The Company strictly forbids use of unsolicited e-mail ("spam") to promote the Program. Any Referring Affiliate that spams Internet users to solicit Referrals will have his or her zenhire account immediately and permanently terminated.
- Remedies for Non-Compliance. If the Company determines at its sole discretion that a Referring Affiliate has not faithfully complied with these Terms and Conditions, it may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have at its disposal, immediately and without advance notice, withdraw all benefits to the Referring Affiliate under the Program, including canceling or declining any outstanding Rewards not yet issued to offending Referring Affiliate.
- Your Representations and Warranties to Us. You represent and warrant to the Company that you have an existing business or personal relationship with each Referral you recommend, and that in your professional judgment the Referral is ethically responsible for its actions and has a genuine interest in becoming a myzennet member.
- Limitation of Liability for Company. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED AT LAW, NEITHER COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS OFFER. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES.
- Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Program.
- Variation of the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by the Company at its sole discretion at any time and such amendments and modifications will apply to all Referring Affiliate enrolled in the Program. All amendments and modifications will be posted to this page, and it is your responsibility to review this page from time to time to take note of such amendments and modifications.
- Currency. All amounts stated in these Terms and Conditions are in U.S. dollars.
- Severance. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, such invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions.
- Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted, construed, and governed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to its principles of conflicts of laws. You hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts within Erie County, New York for the purposes of litigating any such action.
