Bob later founded Microlanguage, a small, highly specialized software boutique focused on functionalizing and delivering leading-edge natural language processing software utilized in classified operations with several US Government intelligence agencies.
Ms. Doherty brings to zenhire over 20 years of domestic and international sales and marketing management experience with information technology, software applications and online recruitment environments.
In May, 2000 Ms. Doherty joined Monster Worldwide as a Regional Vice President of sales. She drove customer acquisition and achieved an incremental revenue contribution of $58 million. Within six months Ms. Doherty was promoted to Senior Vice President of Channel Sales and managed three business units: e-Commerce, Agency Relations and Monster Technology Solutions, a new business unit for Monster. This sales channel contributed over $150 million in sales for Monster Worldwide. In a steadily declining market and while experiencing high customer attrition, she managed to increase revenues by over 10%. She accomplished this through several initiatives:

Mr. Melia brings significant professional experience and a proven ability to grow successful businesses to zenhire. Throughout his career, Ed has focused on improving the value and delivery of critical HR functions.
Prior to joining zenhire, Ed was Senior Partner at HR CyberQuest, a human capital consulting firm specializing in the delivery of consulting, training and industry leadership to the human capital management field, with particular emphasis on aligning technology-driven processes, functions and solutions with people and processes. Ed and his associates designed and implemented hundreds of customized training programs and talent management strategies, allowing client organizations to harness the power of technology and apply it to the HR process and business objectives.

Ed has extensive experience in the retained executive search field where he specialized in sourcing, assessing, and placing senior level executives and independent contributors in the high technology and scientific industries.
Ed is a frequent speaker and workshop leader for major business symposia and professional groups, and has been guest lecturer for graduate-level academic programs in HR and HRIS. He is the author of several articles on sourcing, talent selection, and the effects of technology on the HR profession. Ed is an active member of several professional groups and is past chairperson for the SHRM Pinnacle award-winning Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) Internet Days.
