Customer Support Representative
Desired start date: ASAP
Yearly Salary: $40 – 50,000

Hiring Manager: Director of IT
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of IT, this individual will be responsible processing customer requests for support, setting up and implementing updates to member websites, and supporting Sales and Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and/or acquire content for Affiliate sites.
- Develop and/or acquire content for zenhire provided content (i.e. news feeds, third party offerings such as Staples, ADP) including the Demo site.
- Assist Affiliates with development of their dynamic content feeds.
- Assist Affiliates with development / acquisition of Website images (stock photos, logos, etc.).
- Manage domain registrations / transfers, set up Websites with data center, and set up Exchange-based and POP3 email accounts.
- Assist Affiliates with referral sales process.
- Assist R & D and Product Management with product roadmap
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience in web development or customer service.
- Ability to interact with customers, Sales and IT Departments on a daily basis with a positive attitude.
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with customers.
- Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools.
- Familiar with the internet and its capabilities.
- Familiar with content management editing tools (Homesite, Frontpage, Dreamweaver etc.)
- Familiar with graphic editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Paintshop, etc.)
Desired Knowledge/Skills:
- Consultative selling strategies.
- Ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Ability to become expert at using the Company’s content management tools and the zenhire.com portal (includin
- Ability to create and drive demos in concert with Sales dept. via web conferencing.
- Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
